And I think combining negativity with lightness, which is the point of the post, is very much a Nietzschean thing, because he is Negative and critical, but also values lightness more than anything.

To be honest I am puzzled - you seem to have read a lot of Nietzsche yet this does not reflect his wisdom at all.
How so?
E.g.
- objective definition of truth as opposed to what resonates with the body - obviously Nietzsche hated Plato
- feels like old definitions definition of good and bad as opposed to transvaluation of values, going "beyond good and evil":
"The idea that anything could possibly be good is laughable and should not be entertained for a minute"

For me, personally… I am negative about the juice and positively fuming about it
